4 unit multi-tenant industrial building in Cumming GA (Atlanta MSA). At acquisition, suites were leased at $3,000/mo. Through professional leasing and positioning, we nearly doubled our rental rates to $5,625/mo per suite, and achieved 100% occupancy at new rents.
